Dear Customer,
We Value Every Order Received From Our Lovely Clientele. 

We make all of our pieces especially to each individual request.
This means that we have made your garment especially for you.

Therefore we only ever accept a returned garment if there is a fault.
We are delighted that due to the care and craft of our dedicated seamstresses any query of one of our pieces is extremely rare.

If you do have any concerns or questions after receiving a garment then please do contact us as soon as possible giving all details.

Please Note

We go to great lengths to ensure that the garment being made for you meets your size and colour requirements.
Should any garment require being made smaller then we will be pleased to "take it in" for you.
Unfortunately it is not possible to make a style larger.

Occasionally a bias cut style can "drop" a little making it longer. Naturally we would be pleased to shorten this the garment for you free of charge.

If you do receive a garment that is deemed to be faulty, we will of course make a replacement immediately or offer you a complete refund.

We are unable to accept a returned garment on the basis of colour. If you are uncertain after looking at the Colour Range shown onside, we will be very pleased to send a fabric swatch if you wish to be sure when selecting the ideal colour.
