In 1989 Jane introduced corsets into her collection. At the same time she designed her first lace up back nightdress in the theme of lace up corsets, this became a number one seller. All of these designs are bias cut. Many have sexy curvy backs and fish tails to give a mermaid look. They often have beautiful appliquéd lace around the bust line flowing all the way down the back to the floor. These designs can only enhance a woman’s shape whatever her size or age. Although there are many copies out there, Jane
is the true originator.
Jane uses only the very best silks and laces. French Leavers lace is from Calais and is really beautiful. It is made
using traditional ways and is sadly becoming a dying art. Click
